Usually a good course for a quick 9 holes. Slow on Memorial Day.
Hampton
The Hampton is a simple course, I like to walk this course and play it very frequently. I would recommend to a friend for sure, it’s fun to just get together and play some golf at Hampton.
Good
Hampton Golf Course was great. It had a good mix of straight and more challenging holes. The lakes added a nice touch, too. Since it’s a 9-hole course, it’s perfect for a quick, casual round.
Fun local course
The course was well maintained and greens were good. I enjoy 9 on the par 3/4 course. Very fun. Could benefit from a few signs to direct players to next hole.
Decent executive course, but pace is slow
I've been golfing Hampton for years, mainly because they generally have open tee times and the price is right. My only issue, over the years is the pace of play. We waited on 1 and at times 2 groups to golf ahead of us at each tee box. Not terrible, but worth mentioning. I still go back, because the couse is fun and I like that most people walk it.
Great test, great walk
Late afternoon round and it was a very enjoyable round. Most of the holes are right in front of you and even the doglegs aren't confusing on where to go.
Love the fact the greens are so smooth and true. Some tricking parts where I thought things would move and then didn't and then other way around where I thought it was straight and it moved. Appreciated the course for what it is, great bones and just go play golf.
I paid $25 for 9 holes and another $10 for a cart, in total $35. There are way better courses with the same price. Course conditions were not good, bad greens and goose poop EVERYWHERE. In addition, almost EVERY hole has the wrong distance. Trust me, there are WAY better courses in the area. This is not worth your time n money.
