Slow slow slow
Tee times are too close together. Also they charged me for a cancelled player even though I showed up and played.
Greens
If you want fast greens and crazy quick putts, this is the course for you and make sure you place your ball under the hole. It was a good time.
Covid
I didn’t play because I was diagnosed with covid the day before and I couldn’t reschedule my date. I lost $70. In todays times this is an issue and will not be using Tee Off any longer or Golf Now.
Awesome value, great golf course and friendly staffs!
I have been playing at Glacier for the last 12 years. The golf course condition has improved so much when the new owner bought Glacier sometime ago. If you live around, you have to play here!
Always Challenging and well maintained
I have not been to the course in while. It was in fantastic shape. The course lets me win a few holes but eventually it wins. Staff is very friendly and pace of play has always been great. Not quite as nice as Orchards or Greystone but very close and cost is usually about 30% less. Have already booked another round
worth trying
1. close to 5 hours on a Tuesday afternoon but it didn't feel overly slow.
2. greens are funt, lots of breaks you don't see.
3. houses only come in to play a few times, don't let the reviews discourage you that claim otherwise.
4. TONS OF TICKS!!! I literally stepped a foot into some brush and had 3 on my right leg... then found another on my left.
4. would I go back? maybe. but it wouldn't be one of top 10 choices.
Sliw pace
I understand there are alot of new golfers but also they should not play the tips when they cant even pass the average tee boxes( white) the starter just laughed after the one person hit three balls . On a cold or twilight time, i understand, but not on a 75 abd sunny sunday. The starter cared more about his cigar smoking buddies then the 15 groups behind.
SLOOOOOOOW!
We teed off right on time at 1:30 PM. We shook hands on the 18th green at 6:20 PM.
Simply put, there were too many players on the course at one time with all par fives featuring at least three foursomes and one case there were four. We saw one ranger who drove right past us.
We waited, and sometimes quite a while, on every single shot.
