About
The Pines Golf Club sits just a few minutes south of Grand Rapids in Wyoming. The 18-hole layout is routed through stands of mature trees. The terrain is mostly flat, which makes it a great golf course to walk, but there are a few subtle contours throughout that can be tricky. It's a straightforward course that is player friendly enough for even beginners to approach with confidence. There are a few slight doglegs but nothing too formidable. There is only one water hazard that comes into play, but it still manages to add a lot of character. The views spanning across Lake Isabella are almost enough of a reason to play the golf course. The Pines' 15th hole has an especially memorable view of the lake. Another benefit of the golf course is that it provides a more affordable round than other Mt. Pleasant-area courses.

Front nine Blues
Front nine extremely slow but they left after nine so that was a blessing. I like this course alot , the weather was great and good course conditions. The course is fun to play, with it's variety of holes your not looking at driver on most holes.
Local jewel
At 5500 yds from the whites this course is short enough for average golfers especially seniors to play and enjoy plenty of opportunities for par or better. In fairly good shape for a local muni; greens slowish but true. Very picturesque. I played with two senior women and we finished in 3.5 hrs. Course staff was friendly and civid-safety compliant.
Paid more through this App
The course was great. When I arrived it turned out I paid more through military T times than there poster rates. I assumed I would be getting a better deal through this app but instead paid more.
Great for beginners and for getting back into the game
Great little course to get your confidence back and for those just starting. Staff is excellent, one of the reasons my son and I will keep coming back!
Great value
Fun course for sure and a great value for the price. We had a cart but I think it's walkable. Pace of play was quick. A few short holes but they made up for it with tough pin placement. Greens were very good today. I'll be back.
Great Day with grandson
Played with Liam my grandson. Teamed up with another grandfather and his grandson. Had a moment you never forget. Course is in great shape. Taught him life lessons.
The Pines
I play here regularly and most times it is great fun. It is not to difficult and is well maintained.
My round today was not great as I was caught behind a young man who was visiting the course with a younger sister who was From out of town.
They were the slowest playing twosome I have ever seen.
They did not practice golf etiquette and would not let me plat through even when at least 2 holes were open in front of them.
Overall, The Pines is a fun course to play, is a great value with very friendly and professional staff.
I will play there many times again.
Nice course
Played a round thru GolfNow....excellent value. The back nine is beautiful. Tee time was at noon so we had some great fish and chips at the Fishery just up the street!

Had a good experience course was in good shape. Staff was very good pace of play is always good when I play with Barbie.
Always Perfect on 4th of July Morning
Great tradition of early morning golf at The Pines on the day of the 4th. Staff was great and very ready early in the AM for our tee time. We played as a foursome w/ scores ranging from 41 to 55 in 2 hours on the button.
Love the fact you can spray the ball and not lose it and still have a shot at the green to save your round. Greens were in good shape, not too many ball marks early in the AM as I usually try to fix 3 per green and most times couldn't find that many to fix.
Mike, Zach and staff are so very friendly and helpful and seem like they genuinely want yo to be there. That is a good feeling to get from a business. We'll keep coming back and great deal booked on GolfNow.
Very Pleasant
Shorter course but played longer. Wet due to rains but staff did a nice job setting up ropes to divert carts away from soggy areas. Can be tight but scoring opportunities there too.

Nice little course
I enjoyed playing this course today despite a slow foursome holding up play for everyone behind. I finally got to go around them by skipping a #11 and playing it later. Course conditions were fine with nice fairways and greens. The course plays fairly short, but holes are interesting, especially on the back nine. A few holes would have played better with a 3 wood off the tee as you can easily hit it through the doglegs and end up in the rough. I will bring some friends with me next time.
