Course was in good shape but had standing water from overnight rain which made for muddy balls at time.
Great Course for the Value
Pace of play was with the drive. Nice new banquet room was nice to see.
Challenging layout, terrible conditions, slow pace
First time playing Gopher Hills. The course layout is challenging with elevation changes and doglegs and it could be a very good course but it has not been maintained. All of the greens were brown and the course was covered in weeds. Pace of play was terrible with round taking 5 hours. Will not be returning.
6 hour round burnt greens.
Got there for a 1:18 tee time. No carts available, had to wait to for a cart to come back. When a cart arrived we teed off at 1:45 as a twosome. The two groups behind us went out in front of us and were terrible golfers. Never let us through. Waited at least 15 mins on every hole to play. No ranger, the greens were completely burnt-drought striken. Will never play this course again. Left after 14 holes, couldn’t take it anymore! Layout is decent but I would have a hard time recommending this course to anybody.
Fast and Fun
Greens were very dry and fast. Greens Played like a us open, after the first few holes you get the hang of the speed and the challenge was enjoyable. Best bang for the bucks in the south East metro.

Bang for your buck golf with a great course layout. Fun place, high quality, and not snobby. A+
Course in good shape for the end of season.
They are adding on a new facility here..so a little busy and not a large practice area..

If I ya fro be a member at a course it would be this one! It is an absolutely a perfect layout for any skill level of golfer. The greens were immaculate and challenging all at once! I hope to play here again very soon!
Limited staff.
Poor golf carts. Range not open. No beverage cart. Bar not open at 5:00pm on a Saturday! All trash bins on tees were overflowing with cans & bottles.
