Saint Clair Shores Country Club

Love this course and it's ALWAYS busy here, but when it's not and you finally get a chance to have the course to yourself the only problem is maintenence can be in the way. I had a 630 am t time and they were still trying to maintain the greens/areas around it, which made it difficult at some points to play a shot. Out of respect of not wanting to hit directly at someone who may or may not be paying attention. I really didn't feel like taking a whole lot of risk same thing for the other player I was with. It would be nice if there were a way for them to do all the maintaining before any tee times. They are friendly people about it though.

One of the best public courses in the area. This golf course fills up fast and to me that tells that people love it. They have begun making necessary upgrades to bunkers and paths that assure a much better time for everyone.

Price of the course isn’t worth it. I will give it to them, course is decently maintained but isn’t worth the price.

Last sunday was my first time going to st. Clair shores golf club but ive already booked my next foursome for this sunday. Cant say enough good things about this course. Fairways are amazing, too good for a 30$ sunday night 18 hole round. The bunkers play pure and getting out is a breeze. The rough is well kept and you can hit shots quite well from there also. Tee boxes are flat and well maintained. I guess the only knock for some folks is the total yardage, which i can understand as i used a 3 hybrid off the tee from blues on half the holes. Aside from that the course is very well worth it. Really impressed with the groundskeeping.

I understand each year you have to improve the course but if you're going to take out the sand traps on hole 11 and hole eight, instead of just leaving dirt there why don't you put orange construction fences around it for no one's balls can go in there and we don't have to walk through it some of the fairways need some work especially number eight Love playing this course

Convenient location, friendly staff, reasonable layout.

Course is a great municipal course. located just off i-94 so there is some traffic noise on some holes.

Was very surprised that on Friday of the long weekend no cart staff. Greens run very well and were in good shape.

Great course very good course conditions. Some of the holes are a little confusing on the layout. But overall very fun course to play
