St. Louis County
Based on this course and Quail Creek, St. Louis County should get out of the golf course business. When you’re better off missing the fairways due to lack of grass....
Nice layout
Good value and good course to begin the season playing
Best greens around
These are the best greens we have played of all the public courses in the St. Louis area. Fairways are starting to come in but tee boxes need lots of work.
1st Round of the Year at Eagle Springs
Greens were in very nice shape but quite slow. The fairways were very sparse and hard to play out of after recent rains. Hopefully will get better this summer once the zoysia fills out. Nice course layout but course needs a lot of work.
Fairways nothing but Dirt, Moss and Weeds
The title says enough. If you are learning to play golf this is the cow pasture for you. Any intermediate player or better should look elsewhere. Got through 13 hours and after 3 hours and 45 minutes we bailed. Will not be back.
Course is always in good shape staff always friendly and professional I play it at least 10 times a year
A Great Day of Golf
It was a beautiful day for golf in December and the course was in great shape. All Fairways and Greens were leaf free and well maintained. I’m hopping to get a few more rounds in before the new year.
Much improved from 2019
Eagles springs has definitely made improvements from teeboxes to the greens on both 9s compared to last year. The greens are fantastic for December. Hope they keep it up in 2021!!
Great shape
Beautiful day.... Of course was in great shape and it greens were perfect.... It was like 57 today and it was no win and it was perfect...
great greens
Played this course on a friday, weather was prefect so it was crowded. Fairways were in fair condition, some better than others, but greens were in great condition. Would play here again before it gets too cold.
Nice layout of course!
Well the greens were excellent but the fairways were brown and as hard as a rock. You can tell they did not have sprinklers watering the fairways, possibly at all.
The other turn off was they had nothing to offer to eat accept for chips and candy bars but yet they show a billboard full of food. I like the course but there amenities lack anything of desire.
