Mulberry Hills Golf Course

Mulberry Hills is a nice, challenging course for an excellent price. It is a little remote. The only downside was the pace. Considering there is an emphasis on pace of play, the constant delays were frustrating.

Our front and back players were the worst. They hit 2-3 balls for every hole tee and second shot. Our pace was, of course, a delay.

And the player behind us, while we were preparing for the second shot waiting for the hole-out of the front team, hit a tee shot. The ball fell behind me as I was preparing for a second shot, and I could have been hit by it. It was the first time I had played in such an embarrassing situation.

Such a lovely little spot think you’d be able to get in and out but instead they don’t care about tee time breaks at all and we show up to the first box to find 8 OTHER CARTS waiting for the first tee to clear. How can places have such awful system set in place it’s such a shame will never be back 5 hour round for 18 is a joke and we had an 11:28 tee time in not sure how it’s even possible to be as slow as it was

We were booked five groups deep at 5:10 ( confirmed with all the other groups waiting in line on the 10th tee box) on a Tuesday with women’s leagues teeing off both the back and front until after 5:30. We saw at least 5 other groups at copper hills after we left that waited over an hour without even teeing off. The staff/management almost seemed puzzled when I went back in to the urine soaked clubhouse to get a refund. MH team, I’ve had some fun rounds there despite the odor over the past few years. This was absolutely ridiculous and you have to know that. Be better 😔

My family and I had a great day on the front 9 today. Course was beautiful, carts were clean, and staff was great. Our two boys were stopped and greeted by staff several times today and told how great it was that they were out there playing. They seemed genuinely pleased to see kids out there learning the game. We will definitely be back soon!
