Back nine changed since last year.
It doesn't seem to be completed, but it was really fun to play! I would recommend playing this course now regardless. Great job Pembroke Pines. See you again soon!
Picked a perfect day for a round at one of my favorite courses. Got a great deal through Golf Now and had a great time.
Since new back nine layout
I have played this course for 30+ years. Always enjoyed it. It is like playing 2 totally different courses. The changes on the back nine with the new 18th hole are fantastic.
A few new signs and it will be perfect.
I would recommend to anyone.
Kalvin fosher
I like the layout but f the course however the greens were really bad had a lot of sand and divots it made it hard to putt. I believe the 16th hole you had to hit from a driving range mat instead of a regular tee box
Nice course
The constuction is almost done and the course is in great shape. I like the changes. Great value.
Poor Greens
I like that this course is so different front and back. However, the greens are in bad shape. Some fast, some fuzzy but the new 18th hole is beautiful.
Pembroke Pines
Back nine is now open ,big difference!!! Course we’ll maintained and staff very accomadating.Back nine wide open, much longer and challenging. A great experience, strongly recommend .
Course looks great
Course is in good shape. The back 9 is still a little rough from construction but it is coming along quick. Great value
Great course even better value
The course was in great shape for this early in the season and the great New England weather we have had! The work to the course is great can’t wait to see the finished project. We will definitely be back soon
Long walks & closed holes on the back nine spoil great front nine
First: unbelievable classic front nine does not fit with modern back nine...
Second: many closed holes on the back and no signs to indicate where to go after the old 18 ... we finally headed for the clubhouse by the street... Even the way to go from 9 to 10 is not indicated...
Third: the back is barely walkable.
All of that could have been said by the pro shop employee who could only reply « I am sorry ». It would have been appreciated.
We skipped the 19th hole...
TOO EXPENSIVE
I’ve played multiple courses in NH and surrounding states. Pembroke Pines is way too expensive for what they offer. $35 for 9 holes, CRAZY!!! Some courses that are similar in condition and lay out are only $20 and some even $15 after 3pm. There’s no veteran discount either. Reputable courses offer something to out military veterans; free cart, senior rate, flat rate $20. Used to play at Pembroke but not so much anymore.
very enjoyable course
had a great time all 3 times that i played the course first was in a tournament and had to come back for a full round, will definitely be back and would and have recommended to others.
My Review
First let me say I am a member. I understand the back nine is under construction. That being said. I think every whole should have a ball washer. I think the cart paths need some up dating. # 7, 8 & 9. I also think there should be a park bench on every hole. Otherwise the greens and fairways have been in really good shape this year. Hats off to the grounds crew. Thank-You
Redesign
Mgt doing a lot of work. The back nine, especially 10 and 18, are beautiful.
Good time
Course in great shape for time of year. Staff was very courteous and friendly. The new holes and improvements will be great next year when growing season returns
