Nice course
Staff is friendly, course is challenging with narrow fairways. The tee boxes were a bit threadbare last time I played, but we’ve been having little rain. I enjoy the course.
Should be 9 holes
Virtually every aspect of the course needs change. The simple solution is to avoid it. Another solution would be to cut down numerous tree and wide the fairways. Make it double wide by making it a 9 hole course.

Forge pond
Love this course, its well kept for a county course. I play here often. Its not overly challenging and its fun to play. Slow play is a problem sometimes and the rangers dont really care, they are all over you if you dont drive your cart 90 degree. All in all its a really good, fun course.

Nice Short Course!
I was surprised to find out the course was a Par 60 but don’t let that stop you from playing here! Being a public course and county funded, I felt the shape of the course was amazing and there were some challenging layouts to be played! The staff was very friendly and knew the answers to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend the course especially if you like your irons!

No one with authority to make changes has golf experience. If you love the game you will hate this course.
Sir/Madam, I see you have commented negatively about Forge Pond about 6 or 7 times over the past couple weeks. As always we appreciate feedback. Please stop by the pro-shop next time you golf as I would love to address the issues you are having.
Good 9 better than bad 18
This course is too short too narrow and too missed up. I think they should make changes like wideer and longer. They could make it a really good 9 hole course like Colonial Terrace. It is not fun!

Short narrow and messy.. Good to practice short irons only. Not for score.

Try a driving range instead
This place will make you have your golf game and golf! The only thing I can think of, to make it worse, is "landmines"!

Worst Costumer Service Ever
Booked online.
When I got there the Pro Shop guy tried to make me pay full price for my 3 yo to “Spectate”. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. The kid is going to eat goldfish crackers and drink juice while my Wife and I try to have a nice Sunday Outing.
Ended up leaving without playing. If I could give it a negative star I would. Should have known. Coming from a Municipal Course. Amateur Hour.
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We do have a course policy about the age of a spectator and safety of our customers is premium

From tee box to green, a message you can't avoid, "we don't give a darn about you or your golf game.
Sad for the few very nice people that work there.
