I canceled the tee time and was not issued a refund extremely upset
Forge Pond Golf Course is a delightful gem that offers a short yet challenging round of golf in a well-maintained setting. Despite its shorter layout, the course provides an enjoyable experience for players of all skill levels, making it an excellent option for beginners, families, or those seeking a solo round. The affordability of the course is another appealing factor, especially when you manage to secure a hot deal and use a tee time credit, resulting in an incredible $13 round of golf.
One standout feature of Forge Pond is the continuous effort to improve the tee boxes, as evidenced by the positive changes seen on hole 2. This dedication to enhancing the course is commendable and shows a commitment to offering players the best possible experience.
The staff at Forge Pond Golf Course are friendly and approachable, as long as players show respect in return. This creates a welcoming atmosphere, which is especially crucial for those learning golf or enjoying a day out with their family.
However, one area that could use improvement is the food selection. It seems that they often run out of popular items like hot dogs, and the available snacks might be considered subpar. While the prices are reasonable, a broader and well-stocked menu would further enhance the overall golfing experience.
Not worth the money
It's an executive course most of the holes are par 3s. The one long par 4 they changed to a short par 3. Tee boxes are mud. Slow play plus people hitting 2 tee balls. The fairways are so tight it is common practice to play ball from the other holes fairways. Not worth going unless your a beginner or someone that has time to waist.
Great short course with friendly staff
First time playing here but definitely won't be the last. Can't say enough about the friendly helpful staff. They went above and beyond. As far as the course, if your looking too improve your game this is the course to play. Well worth the green fee. Thanks
Nice little course
I enjoy going here with my husband bc it’s a nice easy course for me. This time we played, though, we had a father with his young son and his friend ahead of us. The father was not coaching the boys properly and was letting them take a lot of shots instead of teaching them how to keep up the pace of the game. I understand but we were held back a lot so we held back the group behind us too.
