Challenging course, always decent to good condition
I had an enjoyable round. This course challenges me to hit for distance off the tee and scramble around the green, with long Par 5s and a Par 3 I can't reach with driver 90% of the time.
Only complaint is the 17th hole was being repaired so I couldn't play a full round. Still, the price was right for a nice walk around the course, incomplete scorecard and all.
Easy to get out
Just enjoy playing in January. Don't expect much for winter golf. Pace were good and hole 17 is closed.
Cream Ridge need to do better
The first thing when I arrive was that then men on the counter don’t take care of me with the care a costumer required. Take like 10 minutes, then he ask for my reservation and I give my name and tee time hour and tell me that my name it’s not there even I show him my reservation. A the end he finally find my name on the system.
I miss the 17 hold because the maintenance was working there, but no one in the clubhouse alert about that.
The only good thing was I meet two good men that play with me, they are very nice guys and we enjoy conversations together all the way.
Great little gem
For winter play, course is in very good shape.
Cart paths and rough only, wasn't a problem.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Of course on site restaurant and bar a plus, recommended getting the wings after play.
Only downside is State facility, so no alcohol allowed on course.
Was looking forward to a timely foursome round with a 11:15am tee time . Temperature was mid 40’s when we arrived at 10:45am to find a load of players standing around . Turns out there was a frost delay and the 9:30 players had yet to tee off !
Management wouldn’t allow players to go off at the 10th when it was 12::00 pm and temperature 50. Why provide 8:30 am onward bookings when you know your not going to let those players out ! I guess it’s all about the money . Disappointed with delays . Course was in good shape
Started did a great job with all the people that were there with the two hour frost delay
