Good Round
Course was in good shape, considering all the bad weather we have had recently. Not very crowded , which was surprising. It's a very fair course.
Fun course
It was the first time playing this course and without knowing anything about the course the staff was very helpful and explained the features and the uniqueness of each hole. Alll in alll a great experience.
Great day of golf.
Had a great day out in the course Great conditions and pace of play. Friendly staff.
Cream Ridge Outing
This tee time was booked via GolfNow and for the price the course was well worth it. I would not pay more than what I did through GolfNow. The course was in great condition. Pace of play was okay. For whatever Emerson, the 11:55 A.M. Tee time Was stack up with tee times resulting in a back up and the pace of play slowed down. All the staff were very wonderful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking for a great golf outing.
greens were great
Although I have played here many times this is probably the best shape I've seen it in a long time. There were a few spots where the fairway was damaged but with all the rain we had no surprise there.
Worth the drive.
We live 40 min away from Cream RIdge so we don't get over there often but when we do we are never disappointed. The greens were in great shape as were the fairways. The course is a lot of fun and we are going to get back there soon.
Unexpectedly great round
Booked a very good rate on Golfnow but got an email in the AM that the course was very wet from heavy rain the night before and it would be walking only or had the option to cancel. We decided to go anyway. There was quite a number of very bad wet patches but the weather turned out great and the course was empty and it got drier as the day went on.. Course is in great shape and has improved over the last few years. Greens perfect.
Great conditions
The course was in great condition. Tee boxes were in great shape. Since we had a lot of rain there were some spots in the rough and fairway that were a little soggy and muddy. Overall the course is a nice layout for me and price was right. I would go back. Greens were good but not too many golfers fixing their divots.
Great shape
Course is in great shape. Fast greens. Rough is a little high - but considering all the rain OK. Good overall round.
Great Condition
It had poured the last couple of days and it was great that they had 90 degrees. The course was excellent condition and greens were great. Staff was friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.
fair course
pace of play extreme slow. never once saw a range or anyone else on the course bring to speed up pace. don't play this course if it rains one or two days before. water does nor drain well at all.
Dismal experience
I had a 1155 am tee time as a single, I arrived at 1131 am and was told I would be playing with a threesome. There was no starter but the gentleman {cashier) behind the desk ,as my time approached there was no one at tee box. I walked back in and asked cashier where the threesome had gone and he stated they may have already gone out but didn't really know. He stated "you can go out by yourself" . Playing alone behind groups of 3 and 4 is miserable. I waited until 1245 pm for someone to show and we played as a twosome. After 5 holes we were backed up the rest of round
Challenging enough but fair and fun
The course is a bit distant for the three of us who played it, but all agree it is worth the drive. While there are some back and forth straight holes, there are enough interesting holes and water hazards to keep on on his toes. This is a course that deserves more play than we have seen in our several rounds, but selfishly we are not complaining.
OK course if you get a deal on golf now
This course is OK. The greens were the one thing that we’re in good shape. Teebox kind of beat up . I think they don t have that much of a staff here to keep the course conditions I up very well they are probably doing the best they can
Cream Ridge
The course early in the season was in good shape except for the greens which had been aerated about 2 weeks ago. They did not put enough sand to fill all of the plug holes so the greens were really bumpy. Also with out the sand they will not close up quickly so look for another month of poor greens. I will come back and play this course later in the season
Cream Ridge
Course itself is in a dilapidated condition. No cart paths. Even the dirt paths are full of pot holes. Tree branches fallen all over the place.
Despite all this we had a great front nine, with less than 2 hours of front nine. But the Back nine was a miserably slow. The only time we saw the ranger when he came over to warn us that carts are 90* only and never to be seen again, when he was needed to push the pace on back nine.
The club manager is a super guy, very pleasant and professional. This and the price is good draw.
