Good practice course.
Like this course for a good practice round. Good price and pace of play
Needs some work
Cart paths need grating, large tree branches need
To be picked up, lots of leaves still and poor drainage on some holes.
Good for 1st time out
Course was in pretty good shape for February. Greens were shaggy. Played as a twosome on front and threesome on back in under 3 hours. Enjoyable day for the price

I like the layout, but they don't clean up the leaves
Be prepared to lose multiple balls, even on the fairway, because they do not clean up the leaves. They are literally everywhere

The course had many leaves on the fairway and it was very challenging to find the golf balls.

so much potential
I absolutely love this course layout. some parkland some links style and it's just so much fun to play here. I know it's fall and technically off season but some Fairways were 75%+ covered in leaves and it made it very difficult for hard of seeing people to find where it went and pace of play suffered. I still think it's a great value for the price you pay. greens were recovering for aeration which is to be expected. about half the holes didn't have a leaf on them at all so that was good. I absolutely love this course and I'll have to play more during the season here to get a better idea of the conditions then

Quality course for fall golf
The fairways have been well maintained especially for this time of year. Pace of play was great never had to wait to tee off. The greens could use a little work but that’s to be expected in November. For $35 you aren’t going to beat it in this area

A neglected dump
Course in very rough shape. It was clear that the greens had been aerated within a couple weeks but it was never mentioned in the reservation process. The guy in the pro shop looked like he just rolled out of bed and was too involved in his personal phone call to answer any questions. To be fair I only played the front nine but that’s only because the front took almost 3 hours and I didn’t have time for a 6 hour round.

Good Value
The course was in good condition. Some bare spots where rough should be. Greens had been aerated a few weeks ago but otherwise good, ran true. Bring a leaf blower.
