Better than White Oaks
Greens were decent, tees and fairways were OK with some crabgrass. Ground was very hard because of the weather, I assume. Better than their sister course, White Oaks.

Great course on the rise
Great people who run the course now. Surprisingly pretty solid conditions and greens roll nicely. Keeps getting better each year!

Good value for the money
Centerton is a fun layout that doesn’t beat you up. Course was in good condition and greens rolled pretty well.

The pace of play was a bit slow, but the ranger was out trying to keep people moving. The course just keeps getting nicer.

Looks Abandoned
Conditions were so bad. A “pond” on the back 9 was so green it was pathetic. Would it be so difficult to treat the water. Simple maintenance isn’t done here

No Maintenance
Pros: We played 18 holes for cheap in 3 hrs and 45 mins
Cons: Seemingly no maintenance done outside of the greens and fairway. There is no rough. I don’t think they’ve sprayed for clover a single time this year. Bunkers have been completely given up on, no rakes. No effort to improve the cart paths either, roots everywhere.
You certainly get what you pay for but do not expect a playable lie not in the fairway
