Indian Springs Metropark Golf Course

I hadn't played in many years. Pace of play was a little slow. 4some in front was 2 holes behind group in front. not sure what happened but they sped up last 4 holes. Played in 4:40 minutes. Bunkers haven't been worked yet but it is early in the season.Not a big fan of the greens. most are old school domed greens that everything goes away from the crown. decent course for a fair price.

This course is challenging at areas but is very open. Allows for amateurs to really go for it at certain holes while still allowing for challenges at other holes like number 3.

Great course, not crazy hard but you still have to hit golf shots. Only knock is the sand is very rough, has a ton of pebbles in it.

I use to play twice a week in different courses and I still can't find a nicer staff. This course is forgiving and it was in decent shape for the amount of water from the rain the day I played.

Be aware after you pre-pay for your greens fees when you get to the course you’ll be stopped at them park gate and be charged $10 for entry it’s not the money it’s the principle. It happened to me I went in and canceled my teatime on golf now. went and played one of the Best courses in the state shepherds Hollow Clarkston Paid four times what I paid to play at metro parks I didn’t care used to be if you pay the $10 to get in they would reimburse you inside at the clubhouse that’s not the case anymore I would not recommend this course

This is my favorite fall golf spot. Pretty long for us amateurs so bring the driver. Course has a range too so that's always a plus.

Paid $10 to enter the park on top of the Golfnow rate. The greens had been aerated and had a layer of sand on them. Needless to say none of our putts rolled true, they “BOUNCED.” Each pitch shot onto the greens kicked up a puff of sand. Had I known this I would never have booked the round. I wasted $40. Oh yeah , my bratwurst was undercooked.
