Played this course for the first time after driving by many times. For $75 for a near noon tee time I thought it could have been a better value. There were 6-7 cart path only holes because the fairways were in bad shape. Looked like mud patches on some of those holes. There were 2 greens that were just destroyed. I would say unplayable. For what looks like a nice course and for $75 I would have hoped it were better maintained course. I really hope they fix it.

Great layout,pretty challenging,friendly staff.Fairly priced. If this course was good enough for Babe Ruth back in the day it's good enough for me to hack away at it.

Staff was friendly and pace of play was great however course was in poor shape! Two greens weren’t even playable and I still had to pay 50$ for this? That’s not worth it and that’s not fair or professional that I was not notified this even at the start of the round.

Beautiful day, but very slow play! 15th green terrible!

This course was practically sitting under water, and it hadn’t rained in over 2 days. Uneven tee boxes full of dirt patches, and soggy fairways. Multiple greens had patches of sand and dirt as well. Does appear as there is work being out into the course so I would try it out again in a year or two. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Course condition has regressed from beginning of season. Price doesn’t reflect this at all. Will for improvements to course before I return.

The course is normally so expensive I would never pay for it however I got it for hot deal of the day. The greens were absolutely horrendous. Dirt. Some sand traps had rocks in it. The staff was friendly and the water was always full and ice cold

Has quickly become my favorite local course. Course has come a long way from the spring, vast improvements. Greens were fast and rolled true. Looking forward to my next round there

I don’t take the time to write reviews unless a business/individual has gone above and beyond or they are beyond subpar so after my experience today I feel as if I need to let the community know what they may or may not experience. My buddy and I hadn’t played this course in years and we were looking forward to being back after hearing about new management, renovations and decent course conditions. It was a beautiful Saturday morning and being a public course we expected a longer round than usual but nothing too crazy. First off the staff were extremely friendly but after that it was all downhill. The majority of the greens and tee boxes were in decent condition; however, the fairways looked like an old pair of jeans - ripped up, patched together, wet and soggy. The pace of play was so bad we quit after the 15th hole. We saw three rangers the entire round but they never said a word to the group in front of us that had two holes open in front of them - 4.5 hours to play 15 holes. My suggestion - save your money drive down the street to one of the many wonderful county or semi-private courses in the area for the same price.

I haven’t played the course since is was redone and very impressed at the new layout.It was a hot day so not many players pace of play was good .I would definitely play it again and would recommend it to friends

Course was a little wet on 6 or 7 holes car path only. Otherwise in very good shape.

Good Value for the money! Much better condition this year than last. Fairways n bunkers in very good shape!

Played here because i was DTS for the wk end. checked the reviews and said ok this sounds like a nice place so why not give it a try.

Course was just hit with a storm the day b4 so some of the fairways were soaked. but they are fixing this from what the Pro said to me.however the course is avg, greens are small and undulated. i expected more for the price, $71 way to expensive for a course that looks like a park with a golf course on it. i dont want anyone thinking i am bashing the course but def not worth the $$ maybe once they fix the drainage and make greens bigger. i give it a 4 -5 rating.

Wow, I haven't played here in two years and was hesitant to come back but this is not the same place. The course is in great shape, the tee boxes are all redone and the greens are nice. They have put a lot of effort into the place and it shows! The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend.

Old classic layout with Tillinghast signature greens and bunkers!!!! some spots on certain fairways but overall well maintained amd manicured!!!
