Like to wait Play here
It progressed slowly, we arrived at the 8th hole and there were 4 groups in front. At 8 minutes per group we were looking to tee off in over a half hour. Staff were not moving players through.

1st Time at Overpeck
A great day for golf. I was a little concerned after reading a fair amount of reviews stating issues with the staff. The welcome desk, the starter, and the one ranger I saw were all super nice to me. I enjoyed the course layout and would definitely play there again. My only issue is that there were two walking foursomes in front of us and a walking foursome behind us. We had to wait at every hole. There really aren't any "off course amenities". But that isn't an issue for me.

Too Expensive
This is a fairly well laid out challenging course but as a non resident I felt it was way too expensive considering there is no lunch / bar option at the turn, you are limited to vending machine drinks and snacks and the course rangers were ineffective considering it took close to six hours to play on a Wednesday afternoon. I would hesitate ever returning.

Well kept course
Very well kept course manicured bunkers and well kept greens. Great no-frills game of golf.

Don’t golf here!
I came in from out of town and decided to play this course because the pictures looked nice and it was close to my hotel. When I arrived the lady behind the counter was very rude but I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Then I get in line at the first tee and the gatekeeper starts talking down to me. At this point I’m not feeling good about my decision to play here. Our foursome tees off and we go to set up for shot two by walking from the cart path instead of driving on the fairway. At this time the gatekeeper drives up to us and yells at us for not driving the cart to our ball. We we’re waiting for the previous group to get off the green so we couldn’t shoot anyway! At this point I am thoroughly aggravated and know that I will not be enjoying the rest of the 17 holes I just payed to play but we press on. Most everything was fine for the rest of the front 9 but when we got to the back 9 we met the range warden....... The range warden felt it was his duty to berate us by stating rules of the course we were already adhering to. No less than 4 times did he stop us to tell us what we were already complying with. This really ruined my experience. Nothing is more frustrating that doing everything right and still being harassed for nothing and on top of that all the back 9 greens were being Airatted so no putts were accurate. I wouldn’t play this course again if it was free and I would urge others to avoid it as all costs.
lots to be desired, but golf is good
The staff was elderly and it took a while to get checked in and directed where to go. No food or beverages at the course (they did have one vending machine). The golf was good. Lots of water to contend with.

Course was in generally great condition, greens were near perfect although they were a little soft and slow. They have a chipping practice facility that is overgrown plus all chips have to be hit off mats.
No amenities at this course. No clubhouse to buy balls or accessories. No refreshments.

There’s an old man with glasses who works there on fridays and saturdays. He is absolutely the worst and rudest person I’ve ever met. Literally everyone else is great including the starter and rangers. I go to overpeck 3-4 times a week. I swear on my life this guy this guy literally took 15 mins for me to pay IN CASH and print a receipt. Please that guy really needs to go. He is SO blatantly racist .. its amazing. He blatantly treats Koreans like complete trash and says “your people” to me referring to other Koreans. Lol racist much? I’m never going back while he still works there
