Every time that I have played here, it's been great.
I really like this golf course. The whole courses slopes down toward the main road. The conditions are always good.
My least favorite hole here, #4. Play it smart.

Nice layout, good conditions and pace
The course was in very good to excellent condition with the exception of some tee boxes. A few of the greens have some steep slopes, so local knowledge of where to aim can be helpful. Nice elevation changes but no blind shots. Definitely a good value. Played in just over 4 hours on a Saturday with perfect weather.

Great A.W. Tllinghaus Course a must play.

Best maintained public course in the area
Not really any amenities and staff wasn't too helpful but man was this course pretty and well maintained. Tee boxes, greens and fairways all in very good condition and definitely worth the money.

Challenging course
Long par 4s and unforgiving fescue place a premium on hitting the fairways. Greens are inconsistent and tee boxes are chewed up. However this is a great course for double the money. There are no ugly or holes which lookike some last minute afterthought.

Fantastic Course
I last played Francis Byrne about 15-20 years Ago and remember liking it back then, but I absolutely loved playing it yesterday. The course is in absolutely phenomenal shape, and the pace of play was awesome. I cannot wait to go back!

Great for a muni course
Course was in great shape, played 18 in 4 hours 5 minutes starting at 9:10 on an august Saturday.
Blue tees are long, so need some length to score well
