Mountain View Golf Course

Although the website states that they will not provide carts for tee times after 5:30pm and that you are required to return the cart 15 mins before sunset, which i didnt read until i returned home, they let me purchase my round and the round for my dad (his birthday) with a cart after 5:30 and as we rounded the front nine, we were told that our cart must be returned by 8pm - it was 7:50. We likely could have gotten another 5 or 6 holes in but i wasn't about to have my 74 year old dad carry his bag on his birthdsy.

1. You should have a better disclaimer about this cart requirement before you allow people to purchase a twilight round with a cart

2. Your employees could be a bit nicer when they surprise you at 7:50 that your round is over in 10 minutes even though there's an hour left of daylight

3. Be accurate. If the website says "15 minutes before sunset," don't tell people they must return the cart by 8pm. Sunset is 8:32, which means we had until 8:15 to return the cart and could have played another hole.

Service at the restaurant was great.

Plenty of room in fairways for your tee shots. Greens were in decent condition despite dry conditions. Pace of play was good on front nine. Back 9 was slower because people jumped in front of us. Definitely would come back with my sons to play.

I've played this course many times. Yesterday I was going out as a single and the starters went out of their way to let me go out early because I had about 4 holes open before I would catch a two-some. As a storm was approaching, one of them came out to check on me and asked if I needed a ride back to the clubhouse. Thanks a lot!

Played in the covid era and was amazed at all the things they r doing to keep us safe. Carts are sanitized, people keep distance and follow pace. Loved it

Teed off at 3:16. Course in great shape and played as a foursome under 4 hours

The course was in amazing shape, from tee boxes thru fairways and then the greens were perfect ! Only issue was the slow play, for a course that still has 15 minute tee time spacing, it was slow - we were up on the group in front of us by the 3rd hole. All in all decent day for the great $43 rate we found on Golfnow

Course in great shape. Fairways nice, greens medium speed, not a lot of ball marks . Interesting and challenging layout. Lots of uphill shots and sides lies.

Course was awesome, great layout, friendly staff. First time playing and starter was very helpful, gave me a quick run down of the tough holes. Shot a 79 on my first time playing. Def will be back.

Course itself was ok. Grass was a bit long and some bunkers were littered with pebbles and rocks. Course itself had no particular character. No fun, memorable holes. Rather monotonous. But overall if you’re looking for a quick round or a local place, it’s a decent track.

First time playing this course in about 10 years. Very surprised with how nice it was. Great value.

Mountainview conditions were excellent considering Covid -19 and not being able to really prepare the golf course. Very pleased with the fairways and greens.

The coarse was great, I was not happy that I paid for two carts but I was not allowed to ride one.

All walker and distance strictly enforced and feel safe to play!

I play here regularly as I am a county resident. I enjoy playing here due to the layout with some rolling hills and trees. Conditions where very good. Greens a little slow but understandable with the current pandemic. Tee boxes, fairways and rough were all green and good to play.

Can’t beat Mountain View especially for $19 to walk. Thank you!

Have played this course a bunch prior to the Covid-19 Played today the course is in great shape. However, due to the Covid-19 they are doing walking only. Not a fan of that, throw people out 1 per cart. But walking is not realistic.
