About
The Golf Club at Middle Bay is located on Long Island's south shore overlooking the barrier islands of Jones Beach, Point Lookout, and Lido Beach. Nearly every hole looks out across water. Though the golf course is just an hour outside of New York City, you'll feel as though you've been whisked off to an out-of-town resort. The layout has a challenging design that will test your accuracy with tree-lined fairways and strategically placed bunkers. Wind will also be a factor on this golf course. The Golf Club at Middle Bay is a tough but fair layout that players of all skill levels will enjoy. In addition to the golf course, there is also a driving range available.

Course layout is great, everything moves well and greens were well maintained. For a little adventure grab a surfboard just $15 more than a cart but very fun and enjoyable.
Fine course
Plenty of variety on the course. Playing off Blues is a good challenge for high single digit handicap. Greens good but could be a touch faster. Some great holes with views along the water. It’s a little flat but fun course. Worth the trip from the city especially now as traffic by JFK is light.

Great condition, but golfers r lazy and dont fox ball marks

Never disappoints
I’ve yet to have a bad experience at Middle Bay and today was no exception. The course is in excellent shape and the greens are in perfect condition. The only negative on the day was a 25-30 mph onshore wind that made club selection and ball flight a real challenge on almost all holes.

Overall a great experience. Course was in absolutely phenomenal shape, especially considering all that's gone on over the past few months. Late afternoon 9 is a great deal. Only complaint, and a minor one at that, was the pace of play. Tee time was late in the day for 9 and our group just beat the darkness after a bit of a log jam on 5, 6, and 7. Definitely will be playing here again.

Good course
Excellent greens, overall very good conditions with open driving range and chipping and putting green. Great shots values,challenging,bring a lot of balls but it is a nice challenge with beautiful views of the water.

First Time Out This Year
Overall the course was ok there was a lot of water on the course do to a little rain from the night before. This course doesn't hold any water well , so keep that in mind the next time you play here. Check the Weather. Had an up and down round the greens and tee boxes were in good shape.

Fun Round
Enjoyed the course, easy to walk, not that long and mostly flat.
Greens were really great and reward being below the cup.
Most of the trouble is on the left side on most holes.
Repairs on the clubhouse and parking lot are underway but that means nothing if your there to play golf.
Will definitely play again.

First timer
Played this course for the first time As it is close to my friends office and we played at 3:00
After work
it is undergoing Renovations and the staff is not around to guide you along I drove my car to the club house and was chastised for parking there you have to unload your clubs and bring them all the way to the clubhouse as the electric carts don’t work as far as where your clubs are course is just ok nothing great
