Broadacres Golf Club
       About
Broadacres Golf Club is situated in southern Rockland County on the border between New York and New Jersey. Its convenient location allows for easy access from both states and it's only a 20-minute ride from midtown Manhattan. The golf course has nine holes with an alternate set of tees for an 18-hole round. The layout sprawls across rolling hills dappled with towering oak trees. The golf course incorporates a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. With narrow, tree-lined fairways and undulating greens, accuracy will serve you well on this course. You'll face several doglegs and there are strategically placed bunkers fiercely guarding the greens. Broadacres Golf Club's signature third hole is one of the toughest holes in the area. This par 3 plays up a steep hill to an undulating green.

Not Happy
I arrived to the course 15 minutes before my teatime there was an older gentleman in the clubhouse and then he started rushing me to catch up to a group that already left cause they were supposed to be for 11 o’clock teatime as well. I paid for the golf cart that he charged me two dollars for waters that I never asked for, but I did get my money back That I was watched out to the cost. Wasn’t ready the group that was waiting so come on you gotta go you gotta go. The older gentleman watched me. I hit too bad T-shirts. I just picked it up, it did not help. There was tons of geese all around the tea box and geese crap everywhere that you had to walk around it. I don’t play well as it is but then to be rushed to catch up to a group that’s already moving. Didn’t help any. The group I was with they were very good very friendly. The course layout wasn’t that bad but lots of geese all over the place and again geese crap all over the place. The worst two spots for the geese crap was tea box for whole one and near the greens on hole nine. Because of that experience and very hard to find parking around there, I do not know if I would go back. As of right now, I don’t think I would recommend this course to anybody
I arrived to the facilities about 15 minutes before teatime one. It was kinda hard to try to find parking then it was a little bit to get to the pro shop to check in. There was an older gentleman behind the counter, checked in then he thought I ordered waters when I didn’t charge my credit card for them, but I did get my money back. Next thing I was being rushed to tee off to catch up with a group that I had nothing to do with. I wasn’t really set or anything whatsoever I get to the tea box. There are loads and loads of geese all over the place and geese crap all over the place. I don’t play that well as it is then being rushed to catch up with a group that was already way ahead of me made no sense whatsoever. It’s only a nine hole course. Wasn’t that many people behind me there was one group they could’ve went before me and I could’ve been by myself without bothering anyone or messing anyone else’s game up. The course was fine. The grass and some areas had dead grass dried up, but yet when you walked into the place, there was mud and puddles and then it rained for over a week which made no sense and it wasn’t from the sprinkler system. My oval rating about the place was decent. It shouldn’t be charging as much as they do to pay on the course that you’re going to be rushed at the group. I did catch up to with very friendly and understanding. Maybe if I play again it will be a better experience but as of right now, not really.
Good for a last minute outing
Very decent course conditions considering it’s just 9 holes. Very walkable. Decent layout to the course not too busy for a Sunday afternoon. Had a great time would definitely come again.
10/10
If heaven had fairways, this would be it.
From the moment you step onto the first tee, you’re immersed in an auditory experience unlike any other. The crisp crack of a perfectly struck driver echoes through rolling hills like a symphony, while the gentle rustle of wind through the pines sets a calming rhythm to your round. Every footstep on the immaculate turf is soft, satisfying, and intentional.
Birdsong dances above the greens, blending with distant applause from a parallel fairway—yes, even the crowds sound better here. The carts purr like luxury sedans. The ball dropping into the cup doesn’t just “plunk”—it sings.
It’s not just a golf course. It’s a concert hall for the sport, and every swing is a standing ovation.
Great course!
Great course to play. Its quickly becoming one of my favorites. Hole 3...she's sneaky and will drive you nuts. I would absolutely recommend to a friend!
