Broadacres Golf Club is situated in southern Rockland County on the border between New York and New Jersey. Its convenient location allows for easy access from both states and it's only a 20-minute ride from midtown Manhattan. The golf course has nine holes with an alternate set of tees for an 18-hole round. The layout sprawls across rolling hills dappled with towering oak trees. The golf course incorporates a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. With narrow, tree-lined fairways and undulating greens, accuracy will serve you well on this course. You'll face several doglegs and there are strategically placed bunkers fiercely guarding the greens. Broadacres Golf Club's signature third hole is one of the toughest holes in the area. This par 3 plays up a steep hill to an undulating green.

A lot of laughs
Me and a buddy go there if unable to book 18 elsewhere. It's a fun course. Lotta laughs along the way. Not at the course at the we we play. Bunkers fill after a good rain. But over all a fun challenging course especially if you're a beginner.
Sand traps full of water
Course was in great shape. Greens were fast and true. Many sand traps were full of water with no attempt to pump them out
The demise of a good golf course
The golf cart paths are in dire need of repair and the rough is extremely high. After alerting the staff, we were informed that they were aware of the conditions and that it contributed to slow play, however when they complained to the grounds crew and Town , nothing was done about these conditions

Basic 9 holes .. greens simple .. fairway narrow but easy to find ball.. great place for average and below golfer
First time
You get what you pay for. Fair for the price, but the staff could be friendlier.
Great course. Pleasant surprise!
A little gem of a course. If you want a 9-holler, this is a beauty!
