About
Broadacres Golf Club is situated in southern Rockland County on the border between New York and New Jersey. Its convenient location allows for easy access from both states and it's only a 20-minute ride from midtown Manhattan. The golf course has nine holes with an alternate set of tees for an 18-hole round. The layout sprawls across rolling hills dappled with towering oak trees. The golf course incorporates a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. With narrow, tree-lined fairways and undulating greens, accuracy will serve you well on this course. You'll face several doglegs and there are strategically placed bunkers fiercely guarding the greens. Broadacres Golf Club's signature third hole is one of the toughest holes in the area. This par 3 plays up a steep hill to an undulating green.

in person fees are less than golf now deals
the course is the longest 9 hole track i have played. it took 2 hours and 15 minutes and had some tuff greens.
it could use some work on sand trap conditions.
Great for after work round
If you’re looking to play a quick 9 holes on a fairly challenging course, this is the place to go.
Limited grass in the fairway
Fairways have no grass to speak of. It is a 9 hole course with regular yardages (ie.. 450 yds for par 4). I expected more for the $32 charged for 9 holes. They need to put money into growing grass and maintaining it. Greens were aerated and sandy so the putts were going all over the place. It seemed like every second and third shot was hitting off dirt. I won’t be playing this course again until they make some upgrades.
Overpriced
32 dollars (+ 10 dollars per person for a cart ) for this 9 hole course is overpriced. For my girlfriend and I to play a very simple 9 hole course and it costing 90 dollars is absurd. The 5 dollars golf now charges is too much too. From now on I’ll be calling the course directly
A great afternoon
Enjoyed a 2 hour round of 8 holes. Course was in excellent shape but they had recently aerated the greens and they were pretty bumpy. The greens will be excellent in a few weeks as a result.
Worth the money
Great course and worth the money for a quick 9. The history and eeriness of being on a mental institution adds charisma. Clubhouse could use a bit of an update, and being able to purchase beer would be nice, but overall nice course.
Good 9 hole course
Starts easy with 2 short par 4s, and then...a 220 yd par 3 followed by a 460 TD par 4.
