About
Broadacres Golf Club is situated in southern Rockland County on the border between New York and New Jersey. Its convenient location allows for easy access from both states and it's only a 20-minute ride from midtown Manhattan. The golf course has nine holes with an alternate set of tees for an 18-hole round. The layout sprawls across rolling hills dappled with towering oak trees. The golf course incorporates a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. With narrow, tree-lined fairways and undulating greens, accuracy will serve you well on this course. You'll face several doglegs and there are strategically placed bunkers fiercely guarding the greens. Broadacres Golf Club's signature third hole is one of the toughest holes in the area. This par 3 plays up a steep hill to an undulating green.

Good for a quick 9.
Good pace of play, just about 2 hrs for 9. Trap had standing water and one was hard pan under only an inch of soft sand. Great value, a $25 "Deal Time" with cart.
Nice course
Positives first - really nice course, especially for beginners. Very challenging and nice layout. Played with a threesome, great dudes. MUST HAVE COLLAR SHIRT, I'm guessing that's a Rockland rule, I wore an underarmour shirt, no collar and had the 2 pro shop employees say something to me.
Negative - staff are not welcoming at all. I really don't go to course for the staff, just point me to first tee and keep it pushing.
Overall great course for beginners and I'll go back, I recommend.
Need to improve tee boxes
Course has nice layout and good challenge from tee to green. Greens are OK, but can be improved by people repairing divots. Only criticism would be the tee boxes. Most were uneven, and not well maintained.
Course in great shape. Excellent staff somehow managed to keep it moving even with every cart they own out on the course. A great nine hole course

The staff at this gem is outstanding especially. The senior official, Joseph.

Excellent Staff
If you want top notch staff that treats all golfers with respect and honesty this is the place to go. The Broadacres staff are amazing. I would recommend the course based on the staff. The rate of play… the course condition.
