About
Smithtown Landing Golf Club offers both an 18-hole regulation course and a nine-hole executive course. The courses are open to the public on weekdays and to Smithtown residents on the weekends. The Regulation Course has a surprisingly tough layout with subtle but tricky contours throughout that cause some challenging lies. Mature trees line the fairways, making accuracy a necessity and there are also several strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides. At 6,114 yards from the back tees, it's a golf course that requires strategy over length, beginning with the first hole. This dogleg right par 4 will force you to carefully think about the placement off the tee. In addition to the two golf courses, Smithtown Landing also has two practice greens with surrounding short game areas and a driving range.

It was fabulous.
It was fabulous to play smithtown landing GC. I love to go and play there, Unfortunately they close on Monday when I am off. Coming Monday it is open, I made a reservation and I am excited.

Light than normal golfers. Played in 4 hrs. Greens were smooth and running about 9
Would definitely play again.
Course was in great conditions and staff was super friendly and accommodating. Only complaint I had was …. I feel every course that is no longer under Covid restrictions should have some food or drink service at all times while course is open for play. Not the case the day I played.

Many groups were so slow to set up the posture and to hit the ball. It took so long to finish all. Tee Off deal price was not satisfied this days with many people. I should avoid tee time during the weekend. By the way, greens were very well maintained.
