Beautiful track for Westchester locals
Despite being a county course, conditions were very good. Ruff was super thick, similar to tournament conditions. Tee boxes, greens were in better than average public course conditions. Not the longest course but holes play long with small elevated greens with substantial slope. Missing fairways with the ruff this day will be tough for just about anyone. Playing this course blind without knowledge is tricky. Nevertheless, a fun track with friendly staff.

Fantastic tricky course for West chester locals
Not the longest track but tricky if not familiar with the course. Holes play long and difficult with many elevated greens with heavy slope. Conditions were really good despite being a county course. I could imagine the slow pace during weekends. Nevertheless staff was friendly and could recommend anyone to play this course.

Solid
Excellent value for a solid, if not hugely challenging layout with accessible fairways and beautiful scenery. The real challenge is in approach shots and on greens, which are often sharply sloped. Course is in excellent shape, although the first cut of rough is a bit high, there are a few brown spots on some fairways and too many players fail to respect the game by replacing/fixing their divots and (especially) repairing their ball marks on greens. Great staff. Very good restaurant attached. No driving range or practice chipping/sand trap facility.

Tremendous shape
First time playing Maple Moor - I have to say the course was in excellent shape , I mean excellent ! Although if you don't hit the fairway - you could spend a decent amount of time looking fora ball. If the rough were a half inch shorter - that would be forgiving - while I was lucky enough to only lose 2-3 balls -my playing partners went thorough 2 dozen . I had a great time as I'm sure anyone would . Great course - Great people.

Will be back for "MOOR"!
A short drive from Manhattan, Single Rookie Player, 1/2 hour early, I knew at check in that I was in for a great round. Matched up with a local - NICK, who was "MOOR" like a tour guide. by 3rd or 4th tee, I found myself in what seemed to be a private clinic full of tips, focus, style & laughter! Pace was comfortable & conditions ideal. Thanks Nick & all other contributors to this "MOOR" than satisfying experience.

some good holes needs improvement to greens
not a bad course greens need to be cut and rolled the bar never has buy backs overpriced

Fine Course
I discovered Maple Moor this season, and it's become my go-to weekday venue. It's in great shape, with the exception of a couple of greens that are bumpy and need tending. The layout is fairly straight-forward with not many risk-reward holes. Staff is great. The course is It's an easy, 35 minute ride from uptown Manhattan. GPS accuracy is excellent. My only gripe is that Westchester needs to join the 21st Century and switch over to electric carts. Not a long track and highly recommended for senior players who don't hit that long off the tees. No driving range, so be prepared to tee off cold.

Course conditions
We played this course after 3 days of on and off rain. It was soggy but other than that the conditions were great for the last day in December. I would recommend this course to a friend and will also return to play here. It took 4 1/2 hours to play a round with a busy front 9 and empty back 9. Best hot deal price around me.

Enjoyed the course as a wonderful looking and placement of holes convenient.

The extremely slow pace of play made it difficult to enjoy the course, which was very nice, well kept and fair.
