Woodstock Golf Club

I found it to be an ok course but not a great one. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The course seemed well maintained. The fairways were in good shape but the greens just didn't roll true & were very difficult to read. I ended up just going straight at the hole because the breaks that you'd swear were there did nothing while instead the ball took breaks that you couldn't see, even after the fact when you knew where to look. Definitely the most frustrating greens I ever remember playing. There's only one par 5 hole on this course.You could easily play this course with just irons. In fact, it wasn't very open & felt a little cramped, as if they shoe-horned a regulation course on to a property that should have been a Par-3 Executive Course.
