Short but fun
We played through a storm. So the leaves being all over the place is no ones fault. However a couple of the greens on the back were WAAY faster than the rest of the course, which didn’t make sense and is frustrating when it isn’t consistent with the other SLOOW greens. Other than that, it’s a short course that requires accuracy.

Good track, but pace of play is tough
It’s a good track, it’s short but there are a few blind holes which make it challenging. Overall the course was in good shapes for the amount of rounds I’d imagine are being played on it right now.
Unfortunately the pace of play here has not gotten any better, waiting on every hold for at least a couple of minutes. The shortness of the course is a curse in that regard. Will always come back, but plan for 4:45-5 hour round.

The day I played the greens had just been airated.
I think I should have been awarded a discount due to unplayable condition of the Greens

Sprain lake
A lot of fun, Great course layout. The course was getting aeration done. Some of the holes had temporary greens and some greens had sand on them. The course staff may it very clear the courses conditions and had discounted green fees. Overall great day!! Course will be in great condition in a few weeks. Will for sure play this track again.

First timer
Starter was a gentleman, friendly & accommodating. Fun track, 25 mph gusts made it more challenging. Next time, I’ll leave my driver in the bag. Got to play smart & hit fairways. Only complaint was..
Players didn’t fix greens, which I never get bc if you’re new to the game know the protocols. Starter was a gent but someone should remind the players before they tee off. Coach them up!
Greens had a ton of leaves, tree shrubs but expected with the wind gusts but literally putting into a maze of twigs on some holes.
Overall, will play again & try to shoot par.

Major Disappointment
This was my favorite course that I would average 2 times per week for years. This year has been a completely difference experience. The people in pro shop other than Joe are nasty and play favorites to their buddies. The course is way too crowded and therefore the pace of play is way too slow. You cannot have 3-4 foursomes waiting to tee off on a hole consistently.
There are no Marshall’s to speak of and when you do see someone and say something, they may it very obvious that do not care and do nothing.
It is really sad how poorly this course has deteriorated too. The management should all be fired and embarrassed.
