Sprain Lake Golf Course

Played during a wind storm and the course was in great condition and looked great. It’s my favorite course and I love playing it

Excellent condition all around, Tees, fairways, Greens.

I paid for my round on this website & when we checked in my friend also paid at the course

Unfortunately the greens has a lot of damage from not repairing ball marks & inexperienced golfers dragging there feet on the greens . Otherwise it’s a nice course .

Layout is great, condition is great. This day only played 15 due to rain. I recommend this course.

Sprain is my "go to" local course. The course is in very good shape for mid-season, especially considering the amount of rain we have had this year. The greens on this occasion were very slow, I suspect because the maintenance folks have been unable to cut them due to the amount of rain we've had recently. There are weeds growing on the collars of many of the greens and these need to be tended to also.

The only issue we had was slow greens. When it was explained that it was due to the heat, I had even more respect for the greens keeper.

Nice course for beginners. Nice open fairways, very forgiving in terms of traps and obstacles. Starts off easy and gets progressively harder. Theres a halfway house thats cash only which would be nicer if they accepted card. But the pro-shop is nice but the driving range uses light weight plastic balls. Not much they can do about that though seeing as it’s right next to the highway.

Fun course, good time. Will come back.
