My girlfriend and I decided we would check this place out Saturday night so we booked two hours of simulator rental for two golfers. The "Tee Time Notes" on the booking CLEARLY state "This reservation is for 2 Hour Practice Session of Simulator Golf. On average, two golfers can complete 18 holes in two hours, but 18 holes is not guaranteed." After we arrived and began warming up on the simulated driving range, one of the golf pros, Chad Rush, came over to inform us that since we booked a discounted rate through GolfNow, we would have to accommodate two other golfers (who presumably booked two hours of simulator rental as well) in our two hours since they had a larger party coming in that booked at the last minute at the full rate. He attempted to further explain that had we booked directly through them at a non-discounted rate, we would be entitled an hour per person. I balked since the addition of two more players would limit our ability to complete 18 holes in two hours. Mr. Rush then proceeded to rudely inform me about how their business needs to make money and castigate my girlfriend and me regarding our "lack of understanding". At this point, my girlfriend had had enough and demanded that they refund the money we had paid through GolfNow. They did so, and we left, but that's not the end of the story. That evening, the manager, Zachary, left a voicemail for me to call him back regarding the situation. I called him back the next day expecting an apology for how rudely my girlfriend and I were treated the night before, but, instead, Zachary proceeded to explain to me how poorly my girlfriend and I (customers) had handled the situation? As a business process improvement expert, I think this is an excellent case study that demonstrates not only how a company can lose potential business (Chad Rush), but also how management can insure that potential business stays away (Zachary). There are other indoor golf simulators in greater Phoenix that will actually respect their customers and the rates that we pay them (discounted or not).

Great place to play an 18 hole without the scorching hot weather. You can really see how your clubs are performing to find out how to correct them further. I would definitely recommend this place, and the crew is friendly and accommodating specially Zack.

Once we got the booking sorted out everything was great. Good place to enjoy an evening out in pub atmosphere.

Had a good time playing St Andrews old course, though it doesnt look like the real thing it plays like the real thing. Greens were tough to putt, shot a 101, if that was a real round on the real thing I would be happy..fun time..would do it again...they dont have Augusta National, too bad...wanted to play it..will try one of the Korean courses next time, they look like fun...enjoy...

I went in to fix a couple of things in my swing. Simulator technology is very good. Bruce gave me some good hints. I would definitely be here more often, if I would live in Scottsdale area!

Very nice facility in a strange location. In an industrial park. I arrived and was wondering if the door was the door to enter, and it was.

Very nice simulator facility. You hit real balls into a screen, which displays the hole and the results of your shots. Good place to practice and get feedback on clubhead path, ball speed, etc. also fun to play the courses they have digitized. I played harbor town, and the course was pretty much as I remember it from years ago. Certainly 16-18 are the same as seen on TV. Driving and iron play are fairly well simulated, and mimic the real thing. I had a hard time with bunkers and putting. It's difficult to play the touch shots. Still a very enjoyable 18 holes, in an airconditioned facility, and all done within an hour. Really would be a great place to take some friends for a fun constest, or for people who are just learning the game. For the serious golfer, it's a great way to play some courses that are out of reach price wise and work in your game. Very reasonable priced for what you get.

I'll have to admit that I wasn't sure what to expect and was a little nervous about trying out the simulators but our experience at XGolf was fantastic. The entire staff was tremendously helpful and the environment was great. Can't wait to go back and try other courses.

When the temp get way up the scale, this is a great place to play simulator golf. There are lots of courses to choose from, most being in Asia, but since I've never been to Asia all the courses are new to me. The owner and staff are very friendly and are happy to explain how to play and give you tips to make you round more fun. I'll be back soon.

Indoor golf simulator is great if you want to practice or just avoid the heat. After getting used to using the simulator, practice and playing was not so bad. I enjoyed picking popular golf courses to play on the simulator. However, since I absolutely enjoy being out on the course and the heat does not bother me at all, this would not be a regular practice location for me. This indoor atmosphere seems fine for small groups.

This is a great place to play and practice. Playing a virtual match indoors gets you out of the Arizona heat and allows you to enjoy a round on a variety of courses you would never have the opportunity to play otherwise. It is perfect for beginners and experts alike. You don't have to worry about the pace of play of others around you, and the establishment has food and drinks for you to enjoy during the round as well. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. We'll definitely be back again.

This was our first time playing here and we were not sure what to expect. We booked it using a Hot Deal. That allowed the 2 of us to play a full 18 hole round at St. Andrew's. The owner, Bruce, walks you through how to use the simulator and then let's you play! They serve beer, wine and food. I only wished we had tried this place out sooner so I could have booked it for my husbands birthday party. We cannot wait to come back!!!!

It is a great friendly place with very realistic simulators. You can play a round in several different courses and also you can go to practice your shots with immediate computer feedback. I really enjoyed the experience. It is worth it.

I took my nephew while he was in visiting for the holidays and we were both first time indoor golf players so everything was new to us. Bruce and Lynn both made us feel welcome and were most accommodating and helpful in getting us familiar with things and how it worked. Bruce helped get us set up and showed us how to do everything we needed to know to enjoy our 18 holes in China! That will probably be the closest I ever get to playing there. There is a huge list of courses to choose from and levels to challenge yourself so I would definitely suggest trying it for anyone at all skill levels. Their friendliness and assistance made our two hours there great fun and we will certainly plan to be back again. Thanks for the fun!

Asian courses, mostly. Some popular USA courses. Tough to gauge putting ar first.

I want to start by pointing out that this is an absolute MUST-DO for golfers of all skills. It really is that plain in simple.

The first time I went there, I was immediately surprised by the professional and accurate technology. If you are unaware of the technology -- don't worry! You will be guided through everything step-by-step by one of the PGA or LPGA professionals. Afterwards, they'll let you get adjusted -- and mark my words -- they will give you the smallest hint that fixes you like a surgeon. It's like magic. And if you want personal lessons? They have numerous packages suitable for all budgets.

In fact, for being an AIR CONDITIONED golfing facility in ARIZONA...the rates are appropriate and reasonable. Heck, get a group together, set up a fun event with your golfing buddies and split up the tab. Oh yeah, beer and wine are available with a good variety.

The main draw for me to this place -- as it should be for everyone-- was the impressive selection of courses that they can simulate for you. 25? Nah. 50? Nah. 100?!?! Nope. Try 150. I've played Bethpage Black, Harbour Town, Bay Hill, and Coeur D'Alene. All awesome.

All of this, I want to note, doesn't compare to the hospitality and generosity of the two people you will find there; Bruce and Lynn. They are amazing people and truly do deserve your business. I'm telling you, being a person who golfs 5 times a week, this is as professional and comforting as you get.

DESTINATION GOLF PEOPLE!!

Wow, what a find!! This place was started by Bruce McNee the former head pro of Arrow Head Country Club. Bruce and the Xgolf people have created a masterpiece Indoor Golf Sports Bar with Six 17-foot wide Simulators where you can play just about any golf course in the world. There is no waiting on players in front of you, no Hot days, no rain outs and best of all its all in a Family friendly Sports Bar atmosphere. I began going to the facility about 2 1/2 years ago and the combination of practice and lessons from Bruce has lowered my handicap from around 30 to single digits. Crazy!! Bruce has also worked with my sons as well with amazing results. I wish I could give it 6 stars!!

This place is topnotch in every aspect. For beginners its a great place to get instant feedback (I know I was there when it opened). You also have great instructors and outstanding staff who TRULY know golf. I have brought several individuals there of different skill level and each of them agree this place is cut above any facility they have played in. The variation in courses, now I believe is above 100, as well as the instant feedback is truly what separates it from the competition (TopGolf). I am a FAN FOR LIFE.
