This place is out of business and was in the process of being demolished when I showed up for my tee time. I am awaiting Holf Nowd review of my complaint.

Don't book!!!
Golf Now will not take it off the app, I don't understand why.
The owner of Fenom said he has tried repeatedly to have it removed.
LOCATION PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!
Their staff was friendly and notified me that their location has moved.
They have notified GOLFNOW in August 2024 & customers still book.

The system was out of work
The ball couldn’t be recognized by the system. Still waiting for the call of the manager to book another slot or to get a refund.
Great spot
Easy process great setup with the simulator. Had no problems. Not sure why the other reviews are negative - had a great experience
No weekend hot deals
I got to use one hot deal over the weekend and it was great.
So I booked another one following weekend and got a call from the facility claiming they no longer participate weekend hot deals.
He says they’ve been trying to take down weekend hot deals but Golf Now never took care of it.
He offered $35 (for $14 hot deal) and says normal weekend rate would be $50 for an hour.
It was great when I got to book with a hot deal but won’t be paying $35 or $50 to use a bay for an hour.
Don’t fall for weekend hot deal.
You may, may not get it.
Bait and Switch
The rate on the app is not the rate you pay, the time you register for is not the time they give you. After you book the time, you either show up to find someone else has the simulator. At The latest and now my last reservation, I was instructed that there is an additional COVID fee of $35. Advertise one price and pay another. Bait and switch. Really poor business practice.
Tee time wasn’t actually available!
Booked a tee time through golfnow only to be told that there was actually no availability at the scheduled time... Ended up paying a booking fee for absolutely nothing. Bait and switch at its finest?!
Overpriced
Only get 1 hr in booth , round takes much more than that. They will charge you for overtime
