About Pacific Palms Resort
Pacific Palms Resort is billed as "LA's hilltop hideaway", the only full-service luxury golf and conference resort in Los Angeles County. The setting of the 292-room hotel and two golf courses by William F. Bell and Casey O'Callaghan is set against the San Gabriel Valley Mountains. Live music and jazz sets the mood at the Red Restaurant and Bar. The Industry Hills Golf Club's Eisenhower and Zaharias courses have been upgraded over the years with new turf and infrastructure, but their historical layouts remain unchanged.Facts

New Years 2025 Golf ..
Happy New Year's
Always a great place to play a round ...
Ikes course was the challenge.
Birdie and PARS on scorecard to start 2025.
Cheers ...
Fantastic views
This was my first time playing Babe Course! It’s great experience, wonderful atmosphere and views, fairway is kind of a narrow and Challenge! Labels are kind of tough to find, we saw few groups players cruise around try to find the way……We will be back fore sure!
Mediocre at best.
Greens were in decent condition. Tee boxes are terrible, crowned, no flat stance. Worst bunkers I’ve played. No sand at all. Nothing to rake. Back nine we just started pulling ball out.
Bunker sand?
The course was nice but there was little to no sand in the bunkers not fun to get out of them.
Great course but very difficult to play.
This was my first time playing the Babe course. Very tight, narrow fairways and very difficult to play. Not for the high handicap golfer. Lost a lot of balls and we really didn’t have any fun. Also, too pricy for the course. Probably won’t play here again.
Rude general manager
I’ve played Industry Hills Golf Course before and never really had an issue, but my recent experience was a complete disappointment. When I arrived, the starter mentioned there were a lot of “regulars” on the course—people who apparently play there 3-4 times a week. What followed was an absolute nightmare. These “regulars” were hopping from hole to hole, cutting in front of other groups, and slowing down play while acting entitled and rude. I couldn’t even finish 4 holes because of their behavior. When I called the manager to explain the situation, he was dismissive and unprofessional, refusing to issue a refund or address the problem. His response? “Well, no one else complained.” Of course not—why would his regular members complain? This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and the experience was nowhere near worth the money. I’ll be taking this matter further, as no paying customer should be treated this way. Avoid this course if you value your time and respect.
Great Course
The views are incredible. Fast challenging greens and excellent service. 1st time playing here and will definitely play here again. Highly recommend
Poor direction, no cart till 15 mins before tee!
Few signs tell you where the golf course is - -and even fewer direct you to the pro-shop!
No cart is available till 15 mins before you tee off, and no cart can go to the driving range!
The initial set-up here is really bad - one of the worst I've ever encountered!
The course itself is in good shape - and challenging with narrow long fairways on Babe.
But I got lost in my cart a few times as the signposts to the next tee are non-existent in places, and there is no map on the scorecard! You just have to ask people who played here before, if you can find them when needed.
So many operational improvements are needed for the sake of new visitors here.
Cart path only
Entire course cart path only. Never seen so many beginner golfers on a course. Fairways nice greens ok. Bunkers terrible. Gotta figure out pace of place. Almost 6 hours
Challenging course with plenty of blind shots and undulating greens
First time playing the Eisenhower (Ike) course. Really good course and well maintained. The greens and its pin locations are especial challenging. Plenty of elevated tee boxes and uphill fairways. It was buggy on track only when I played so get ready to do some hiking. Friendly staff all around. I’d come back when buggy’s allowed on fairway!
6 in a group?
I guess as long as they make money they don't really care if more than 4 in a group is an inconvenience to others. 6bin a group is not hard to spot
