Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club by Diamond Resorts

I have been wanting to play mystic dunes as it appeared to be a decent track. I was able to snag a hot deal for $75 so gave it a shot. Unfortunately, the conditions did not live up to my expectations. The greens were not very good and the rest of the course was mediocre. The pace was also slow but not from a lack of the rangers trying. The staff was very professional and apologized for the4 hr and 40min round. The clubhouse and pro shop were excellently appointed.

I wish I could say I would go back but likely won’t as there are other courses nearby that are in better shape at this time.

Super Friendly staff. Conveniently located.. In terms of the actual course conditions, it will probably be one of the worst you'll play for the price and location of Orlando. But the staff is friendly and the crab grass all over the greens will help your ball from flying off on the warm burners.

We teed of at noon on Sunday. We made the turn in 3 hrs. The ranger was in between the turn and said he asked the slow group to speed up 2 of the last three holes there were 4 groups on the hole! Called the clubhouse and he sent a message to the golf carts. No ranger to be found he went home! We finished 5 hours and 45 mins! .

I was disappointed with the condition of the course.very interesting course design

Course is a nice track, lots of bare dirt areas all of the greens were poor. Mostly putting on dirt with a little bit of grass. Played this course many times, this was the worst I have seen it. Staff and food was good. Staff apologized many times in saying they can hire four new people and they are gone before the week is out.

I came up from the keys to play golf with a girlfriend last week. Enjoyed this course very much. Nice layout, the greens were challenging, friendly and excellent staff. Condition of course was good. Liked having the GPS in the carts. . Had a great lunch afterwards. Will put this course on list to play again next visit.

Course he really run down since I have played last time. All they have to do is to hop in a golf cart and drive around the course and see how is the condition. We paid $130 …. And we are Orange County resident.

Seems like they just don’t care much about the course..

Guest who stays there will really get a wrong idea about how good Orlando golf courses are. This place is dump yard.

I continue to be shocked that price increases but conditions never improves this could be a great place if they put some effort n fix it up try with more grass it’s starting to be a joke group I played with first timers were surprised of poor conditions n would not recommend to others

I have seen better greens in Ohio in the middle of the winter. Layout the worst I have ever seen. Very little grass on fairways. I wouldn’t pay 20$ to play this course again.

We played on Saturday 1-21-23. course was in good shape. Greens were a little thin which is expected for this time of year not being overseeded, but rolling true and fast. Fairways and tees were overseeded and were in good shape. 2 of the 4 of us are scratch golfers and shot 74 and 75, so i don't know where these reviews are coming from that the course is in horrible shape. It isn't at all. but you always blame the Couse when you play bad I guess. Pace of play was pretty good. We played in the morning. Maintenance staff that we ran into on the course was very courteous and waited on us. Overall we had a great time and will be back next month.

Clubhouse, carts, and bar are the only good things about this course.

They were out of range balls by 10am, the practice facilities to warm up were small, over crowded and worn out.

The course is not in good shape, the greens need a lot of repair’s having many greens with unplayable sections. The fairways again need some attention and it’s obvious that regular maintenance is not being done. The pace of play was very slow taking almost 5 hours to complete our round.

I am an owner at Mystic Dunes and I will not play this course again.

Layout of course is good but the condition of the fairways and greens are below average. The greens are dirt with some greens with dead areas filled in with sand. The rough has a lot of areas that are just dirt. I played this course on a hot deal of the day for $70 and not worth it. This course has a lot of potential with a lot of beautiful trees and a great clubhouse but the course is disappointing.

Well architectured course but the grand were very wet with little grass growth. Bunkers are challenging and unique as is the bike design. Poor greens were disappoint
