Jekyll Island

The course is challenging with a neat layout. The issue is they had the course set to cart path only due to being wet, and it caused a very slow pace of play. The fairways were more than dry enough for 90degree only. The greens were also eat up with goose grass and very slow. Could be a super fun course with a little better course management

The Jekyll Courses are fun and well kept up. The one downside is that there is not enough on course water and it gets easily into the triple digits with heat index June, July and August. Edwin Watts! Sponsor large coolers of ice-water on at least every other hole.

Course layout was really awesome. Haven’t played here in about 5 years. Short course - so birdies are out there. Some holes can be pretty tight for driver.

There is a lot of Risk/Reward off the tee.

Definitely a very fun course if solo or with a group. Great “gambling” course because there are so many short and narrow holes. Most of the course’s length is in the Par 5’s.

Only complaint was the greens were rolling about a 5-6 in June. If the greens were to be rolling fast - place would be immaculate for tournament play.

Will definitely come back to play here - especially with a group. Fun track!

Nice course and even nicer staff.

Excellent staff, course was in great shape. We had to make sure we followed GPS in the cart and cart paths because there were no tee box numbers to let you know you were on the right tee. But we got it figured out quickly and truly enjoyed our round. FAST greens

Some greens are being lost. Multiple weed variations in greens. Bare hard pan places on fairway

Everything about the facility is inconsistent. The courses need some work. The range is in terrible shape. It's what you would expect from a state park golf course.

Of the courses in the area this is by far the best deal! Lovely staff and fun golf. Some of the other courses in the club are under construction and I can’t wait to come back and play again.

Staff surly and contrary. Range closed at 10 AM for mowing. No notice.

We had a great time

We like golfing at Jekyll Island courses as it’s always relaxed and pace of play is good. We did back up on a few holes, but nobody’s bothered by it since everyone’s on vacation there.
