Picked this course for value and location. Practice balls included as well as a bottle of water ice in the chest and towel as well. Nice cart and friendly staff. Last time I was in Maui I also played this course. As well as the resort course.. used GN this trip for purchase got it much cheaper. Nice course pretty open and very well maintained. Only thing that was distracting was the cart gps would alarm when too close to the green. Seemed like 50 yards away was too close sometimes. Gps was nice though. Nice tee boxes good fairways great greens. Very well maintained course. Best thing about it was we finished about 80 min ahead of the pace of play. No one ahead of us actually started earlier than scheduled. Would definitely play again

This is an interesting/fun layout. Two memorable holes. Fun views. Plays longer than the posted yardage, because the fairways aren’t mowed short and your tee shot won’t roll much. Greens were the most disappointing part. Inconsistently mowed- shaggy in places and slick downhill in other places. The cups are a disaster. Torn up edges and didn’t appear to have been moved in several days. Disappointing maintenance for the money.

Great course Kai. Had a great time playing. Rented clubs at the course Callaway. Great value. Can't wait to play Royal.

Gorgeous setting with both fairways and greens bring like a carpet and flawless. Greens were slow and fairways did not run far as they were so lush. therefore needed to carry your distances. Our tee time at 11:30 resulted in few other golfers and a great pace of play. Got a really good price on Golf Now and we had a Great Day Out!

This was my first time playing Ka'anpali and I really enjoyed it. We played the Royal side and it was definitely a challenge but that was primarily due to stronger than usual winds. The staff at the this course is super friendly and they treat you more like family than customers. I would play the course again for sure but would look for a day that is not so windy.

Way too much money for run of the mill golf course. Some nice views of the ocean. Staff was nice. Driving range gives you about 20 balls, chincy! Pro shop is kind of dumpy, the place should shine for the bloated prices. Pace of play was good because the place wasn't very busy

Not sure it's worth the money. Billed as a high end course. Nice folks in pro shop , back shop crew meh. Course was not mint , greens ok,

Enjoyed wailea blue way better

I was shocked by the condition of the course for the price I paid. The greens were slow and inconsistent. The rough was lumpy and bumpy like you would expect it to be, but chipping green side was ridiculously hard and I play Bermuda all the time. Had fun once I decided to just enjoy the day!

The course is all in the hills and it played like a bad muni. The greens need work and were nowhere near ten on stent meter. They were soft and in need of mowing. The course layout is unremarkable. The concourse bathrooms were portable potties. Overall very disappointing.
