Tanglewood Golf Course

The course got allot of rain the evening before the fourth of July and they new they were book solid for the holiday. They should have had all hands on deck early in the morning to cut the grass. The course manicure is horrible I lost at least 10 balls and I hit most of my fairways, the only place you could see your ball was on the greens. The greens are small to medium size and putt very well, my advice play with Volvick bright red balls.

I was pleasantly surprised by improvements in course conditions. It is a golf course that was built on top of a hill, so uneven lies and some quirkiness is unavoidable, but it was enjoyable. Ray in club house has been there a long time, and is always friendly and helpful. He may be the cours's greatest asset.

course was fine , staff was super friendly. few other groups playing loud music on surrounding holes . thought they were trying to play there music for the hole golf course. why did the invent ear buds? staff needs to control the loud music.

Just get there early. The “Stay & Play” drinking hard crowd rollls out about 1230pm and things sloooow down

Got this tes Time as a hot deal. Payed about $13 a person which for me is a great deal. The course isn’t in the best shape but for that price it is well worth it.

Enjoyed the course and staff are possibly the nicest around. However, they charged me a little more then what golf now check out said, but still great place to play for the money

Not a bad layout for the short yardage on the scorecard. Challenging greens and challenging tee shots. Lots of blind shots over hills to fairways or greens. May want to look at the hole maps. I thought the price was fair for a weekend round.

Greens were in good shape ..but it was a 5hr round ..we played the front twice or it would have took 6hrs...3 groups waiting an almost every tee box

We play Tanglewood several times a year and it never gets old. The greens are generally excellent. The fairways are very playable. The pro shop has the kindest and most helpful people you will find in any golf pro shop. It is SOOOO worth the money.

Fun course. Lots of blind shots with fairways sloping right or left. Fairway conditions were so so but greens were great. Not for beginners or high handicappers.

Nice course. Good may out but lots of blind holes is the only problem I had.

A friend and I played 27 here on a playable Kentucky day. We scrambled and the tees were up and we had a lot of fun. Had to discuss where to hit pretty frequently but this course has character. Not for the beginner. The kind of course that is a lot of fun if you can keep up with your ball. Lots of infinity edge green views and trouble right.

Tanglewood is always fun to go play. Plus it is always nice to play a round of golf in under 3 1/2 hours.
