Tanglewood Golf Course

Greens were in good shape but dont get your hopes up about the fairways. If its your first time playing this course bring extra balls, there are a number of blind shots out on the course. Frustrating to play when you a guessing where to hit your ball.

The staff was very friendly and were able to get me out right on time.

Really challenging course makes you bring your A game to score. I'm a duffer and this course brings out your best. Love the greens and the fairways are in the best condition I have ever seen here. You want to improve your game, this is the place. Not recommended for beginners.

Greens very good condition .Tee boxes lacking grass and muddy. Not a walker friendly course green to tee need to ride. First hole 420 yd par 4 on senior tee probably should reconsider. Also 553 yd up par 5 senior tee a little much. Play it forward . Design for scratch golfer not bogey golfer.

Unfortunately, our hot dry weather is taking a toll. Lots of dead areas around greens. They seem to be letting fairways grow long in places in order to keep it alive. Greens are in very good shape. Folks are always great.

Course really looks good. Greens are very good and the grass is mowed. I said 3 years ago I would not go back until improvements happen. Well they have. Glad to see the course take shape.

Here on a stay and play and will never come back. This course is absolutely horrible. Tilted fairways that you can't hold a shot and also overran with cover and many bare spots. The greens are small and won't hold a shot as well. The food in the clubhouse is not really good. Complete mistake coming here and a waste of money. Look elsewhere, you'll be glad you did!

I live close to course and play here at least once a month. New ownership has definitely made improvements to the course.

Very challenging with tilted fairways elevated greens tight fairways, great greens. Not many sand traps, but need to be taken care of.

This is a nice course with some unique layout challenges. A couple of the holes can be unfair if you are unfamiliar with them. Number 13 slopes extremely hard from left to right making it difficult to place your drive just right. Number 5 has water come into play and you better know how far to lay up on your second shot without going into the water. All in all I like this course and it is in fairly good shape this time of year. The greens were great.

Course was in average condition. It is December though just getting a nice day to play is great. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful.

This was our 2nd time playing the course and from the staff to the fairways/greens, it was another excellent experience again. We will be back many times next season.

This course has potential but needs to invest some money before it can be a really nice course. Pros: friendly staff, nice pro shop, beautiful scenery. Cons: course maintenance (Tee boxes not mowed. White clover and weeds make finding balls hard to find in fairway. No fairway or yardage markers. Dated golf carts. Multiple drainage pipes/wet spots that smell like sewage spilling out along fairways.) Women's tee boxes either poorly designed/designated or randomly placed in the fairway. Hole designs (279 yd par 4 followed by a 253 yd par 3). Would like to see them spend some money and dress up what could be a really nice course.

Course in great condition

I took out a friend who has never been. She enjoyed her time. I also shot the best round in my life, beinf a 82. I would gladly play here again.

My wife and I are seniors and we love the course. The rough is a little long and the fairways not the absolute best, but for the price the entertainment is superior. The Staff is always super friendly, the pace excellent and the price tough to beat. This is our go to course.
