About Sea Trail Resort Villas
The Sea Trail Resort Villas are located north of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and south of Wilmington, N.C. The property sprawls across 2,600 acres and features three championship golf courses. Villas span from one to four bedrooms in size and are equipped with full kitchens, all within 1.5 miles from the barrier island beaches. Indoor and outdoor pools are available to guests at the activity center, which also includes a game room, shuffleboard and more. Units feature a screened-in porch or balcony. Stay-and-play golf packages are available to Sea Trail Golf Club's Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd golf courses. Sea Trail has two clubhouses with driving ranges, putting greens and a PGA-sanctioned learning center.Facts

Great staff on the phone and pro shop ! Starter is a Great guy.
Had an issue with the day that was listed. Called the course and the lady was very gracious and friendly. Fixed the issue immediately. Starter let me know where everything was and got me to the first tee early. The area had heavy rain overnight and had just stopped. Cart path only of course and standing water in the fairways. Greens looked to have a few spots but overall it’s nice. Can’t state enough how friendly everyone is here.

Coastal Golf
Course was great, layout was great, staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I can’t wait to return and play another round here. Everything about this course was beyond what I expected. Definitely recommend this course.

Worthy
We were first off at 7:30am so pace of play was great. They did not double book for the back 9 so we finished 18 in 3:10. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tee boxes and fairways were in great shape. The greens were very splotchy with brown spots where they were trying to eradicate the fairway type grass from the greens (I talked to one of the staff actually working on a greed while we were playing). See photo. Definitely a work in progress. Cart paths were horrendous. Facilities and carts were dated, as well. Overall, priced accordingly, though.

The course is in a very poor state . The greens, faiways, sand traps, and tee boxes are a mess. What is going on with Sea Trail?

This course seems to have been forgotten. Jones and Byrd were nice to play, this course not so much.
