Good shape for winter. Was pretty wet, but greens were in good shape. The amenities were zero. No driving range, no snack bar, couldn’t even buy a bag of chips at the turn. Other than that it was a nice experience. Would play it again.

First time playing the Byrd course. Played the Jones last year in the spring. I really enjoyed both they were in good shape, staff was very professional Reasonable price for our round

We purchased our second home at Sea Trail almost two years ago. We LOVE all three golf courses! All are different and fun to play.

The staff at the clubhouse are so very friendly- they go the extra mile!

Clubhouse does need some updating.

Very nice course. A bit soggy today because of recent rains, but course overall in great shape.

Will be better when it dries out and they start mowing the fairways.

It was a great deal on TeeOff.com wish I knew that they had over seated and did not allow carts in the fairway. Pace of play was good on the front nine but slowed up on the back because they were doing double tees. Good value for the money

Ok course. Not great condition. Decent layout with houses bordering several holes. Slow and inconsistent greens. Nice fairways. Hairy tee boxes due to overseeding. Bunkers need work too. The fabric that holds the sand was showing in several spots. Pace of play was decent. 4 1/2 hours. Staff was friendly but, slow service. They seemed understaffed. Saw the snack/drink cart once (on the 9th hole)

The course has potential to be really good. Just needs attention/money. My guess is that this place is struggling like others during COVID.

although yardage looks short, it is a Par 70 with Long challenging par 4's. Mid range golfers don't be embarrassed to play the whites as many are over 400 yards. Toughest from the Blue's was 450 yard par 4 which second shot had to carry water 410.

Course was in excellent condition. It was a little wet so cart path only and not much roll. I used my driver maybe4-5 times. If you hit your drive 250+, be prepared to use a lot of 5 and 3 woods off the tee.

I played by myself. Was first tee time. Played 3 balls a hole and finished under 4 hours. Would have been quicker if it wasn't cart path only.

Not on par with other $60 courses I’ve played in the area. Fairway cut long rough cut real long greens spotty and very inconsistent some fast some slow conditions making it rough playing on a very good weather day. I’ll not play again

This a great course in great condition. Everyone was nice until I found out I was playing in a threesome that I did not know. I asked for a separate cart to be distanced and found I had to pay $20 more. Well I played the Maples course last week in a threesome and I was given a cart of my own. Make up your rules as you go. Sounds like nascar.

infrastructure aging badly. Cart paths crumnling if it was not immediately tee to green was in disrepair. Greens fair very slow. Could not play down in rough just off fairway very random condition.

Course in good shape. My only complaint is the rough is too high. I should not have to walk over directly over my ball to find it. But I did play on a Tuesday. Overall, good round on a pretty tight course. Would play again.

Course is good. Cart paths are an absolute disaster on Byrd. Avoid this course for that fact alone.
