Wild Dunes Resort

The course was well kept for the time of year. Narrow fairways which made for a good challenge. Wind gets whipping of the water that you have to account for but a fun course to play.

Really nice course what I seen of it. Holes 5 thru 13 had some kind of irrigation break so I had to play 1 thru 4 twice and 14 thru 18 twice. A little whacky. Overall a nice layout for what I got to play.

Bevor ich wieder spielen würde,gehe ich noch andere Plätze in der Nähe spielen. Der Preis 169$ ist teuer für den Platz.

Course was in excellent conditions, particularly the greens. All of the holes were fun and “made sense”. Pace of play was unfortunately very slow. Would like to see grass driving range for the price of the round. Burger and chicken sandwich from the clubhouse restaurant were outstanding.

Rude pro shop staff, poor greens, carts rattled and could not set brake, poor signage for toilet. Driving range closed. Ranger did not tell us what the green flag colors meant.

This was not a true links course as name suggests. Only last two holes anywhere near the sea. Disappointed. Especially as we travelled an hour and a half to get there believing it was somewhere special

Cart path only that day made for slower play but overall a enjoyed the round, with another twosome we had never met before, and would like to play it again some time.

The course was very wet on the side of certain hole which made the course super hard, the greens rolled great, and would come back. It was a little pricey for the condition but still was fun!

Loved the course, but needed more places to “relieve yourself” and no place for refreshments at the turn. But, the course was challenging and a fun day swinging clubs.

I jumped at the opportunity to play Tom Fazio’s first design during my recent visit to Charleston. Every hole is fun to look at and figure which way to work your way to the hole. Everything was in tip-top shape, with the greens and bunkers in fine resort-course form. Pace of play was great, but I went later in the day during blustery conditions. Nice practice putting/chipping green The driving range is smallish—irons only with floating balls, but that did not dampen my fun on the course. Frequent and friendly beverage cart.

Cource was challenging with water in play on most holes. Course was in great condition and the staff was friendly. Since this was our 1st time starter talked us though the course and what to look out for.

Check your GPS for the club house since It brought us to the wrong location.

Played the Harbor course for the first time. It was tight with some very small greens. Lots of water and beautiful views. Pro shop staff was helpful and assisted with clubs before and after my round. Starter managed the groups going out and shared some tips for the course. Saw the beverage cart several times on course. Overall a very good experience.
