I've been incorporating this stretch into my gym workout routine over the past year (since you first introduced it) and I find it really does help. Thank you.
As a 77 year old and with bilateral hip and knee replacements is it realistic for me to try and do this type of stretch ? It looks great but not sure it's for me. Any alternative for an old guy?
I'd venture a guess that 60% of the people that play at my course would have problems getting up off the floor much less twisting themselves into a position like that. Maybe give some thought to exercises for older, overweight people with bad knees and hips.
Glad you mentioned the difference from the left side to right side! I am trying to stretch out my left side more being a righty golfer! Thanks for the stretching exercises!
