I have consistent problems with falling away following ball contact. I spin out, finishing with my weight on my trail heel. I don’t have this problem with irons, just the driver. What can I work on to increase stability and balance after striking the ball? Thanks.

What color of band (color I understand signifies the resistance) would be appropriate for a 71 year old male.
