A low-flighted wedge should land, bounce forward two or three times, and then grab. These shots you're hitting aren't low, spinny wedges. For a real low, spinny wedge, the ball should be about a ball inside the left heel, weight all the way left, take the club back arms-only, then rotate your shoulders to strike the ball. Your wrists should remain set from the end of the backswing through impact. A clean strike with plenty of shaft lean will launch it low and impart a lot of spin.

The ball is too far back in his stance here, he's got a very descending strike, the steepness of which launches the ball higher. It's fine, but it's not a low, spinny wedge. It's a mid-flighted grab, then release wedge.

Martin, thanks for the turn your chest to drive your best mantra. When I do my chest a lot, even thinking about having my back to target, I seem to lose my posture somehow and it becomes more difficult to make solid contact. Suggestions?
