Thanks for the tip!

Sometimes when I tee it high, I tend to pop it up. Any suggestions?

thank you

As a senior short knocker, I've found the best tip for longer drives is turning my back to the target. But I have to work hard to keep my shoulder from blocking the view from my eye to the ball.

Hi Blair, the biggest thing I’ve struggled has been keeping my head in place on my woods and irons. I have a tendency to rise up, which can lead to inconsistent impact if my head doesn’t return to the correct position. How do you keep your head in place even while taking such big swings as you do in this lesson?

All in good if you are a younger golfer but at age 78 I can not make that turn.

Great explanation! I have always had trouble getting my drives higher. When they don't go high, what are the 2-3 things for me to check in the swing?

So how do you keep your club head square with these tips? I currently use some of your techniques but end up with club head issues. Maybe because of timing? Ball position is further up? What adjustments do you suggest to keep it square without having a pull draw or push?

Thank you for tip. I noticed in the sequence you stressed really loading into the trail hip (I'm right handed with a right hand swing). The question: With loading into the right hip (trail) doesn't this required that you time and force the right hip (trail) into the ball to impact the ball with more force and increased speed? I did not hear anything about the time of a bigger swing and with the increased hip rotation - isn't that going to give you more speed into the shot?

Funny thing about golf.. no tip goes unchallenged. Just watched another video on this site that spoke to the exact opposite.... less length of swing for more distance...
