Good advice. I didn't realize. I wasn't turning my hips as much as I should. Thank you. What brand of irons do you use? Just curious.
Good stuff here!
Aimee. Is this just for people who have back issues? When we look at players like Rory, they leave their hips as long as possible to build coil? Ty.
Thank you Aimee. So much more useful than either 'swing easy' or 'take advil' ! Full body tempo drill that helps the hands be correct... all good stuff.
Thanks, Aimee I thought the sequence was always hips first back second hand s/arms third on the Takeaway. Is that no longer the case when you combine the hips and the back?
Thank you, Aimee! Your lessons are always valuable and very helpful.
That was an awesome tip
Just hurt my back not doing what Aimee teaches.
My goal this season is an effortless solid swing with no Advil :):)
thank you, Aimee! that should help me alleviate my nagging back pain.
