Lots of movement you are not including in you video. Like your weight transfer and keeping in the swing plane so the power comes from the back muscles. Your rhythm is super smooth.

For that shot, what would you suggest for the average amateur - putt or chip ?
Chip it! The putts wont roll through the short cut n fringe!
No reason to EVER chip that shot he is showing. Putt all the way is less dangerous.
