Seems like helpful information. However, since about 85% of golfers slice, your comments about the left shoulder opening up should include the comment that it can’t open up too soon or the slice will continue to happen.
terrible advice. encourages an inside takeaway and getting stuck. no real discussion on pressure shifts or sequencing.
Nathalie looks like this drill will help with the sequencing of the turn as well. In the replay of you swing on the ball it appears that your left heel is coming up off the ground just before impact, is that intentional and should it be part of the drill?
