It would help me if you would identify the club that you are using for each drill - here greenside chipping without obstacles.

when I relax the pressure, either I regrip and turn the club face the left on my transition or I am hitting the ball off center. When I take practice swings the club face remains vertical. That suggests that the twist occurs at impact. Do you agree?
Great advice. I used the 20% grip pressure rule and immediately increased Club head speed and greatly improved center face contact. Question, do you used 20% grip pressure rule on chips and pitches too?
