Thanks. I'd been chipping well last year but with the winter break needed a refresher. This helps. Are there some chips with no hip movement, no weight movement , and only shoulder rocking ?

Could GolfPass include a session on common golf aches and pains and aside from exercise, and warm up, how to avoid such common elbow, hip, back pain ? What are the commone potential swing flaws that are more likely to bring them on ? How to avoid ? Over use versus thoughtful use ? Thanks
