Really believe in principle of this tip. However, have now been doing 4/5 days in a net in garden (UK Lockdown) and am doing a lot of shanks. Not something usual for me (17.9 WHS). I cannot work out why. In fact i have actually missed ball totally on inside 4/5 times? Any ideas?

Where can one purchase the type of band you used for this lesson?

Hi again martin - i love the feeling of getting the trail elbow in front on downswing (koepka like) but if focused solely on it, i shank the odd shot. Have you found increasing side bend on the downswing will assist in getting the trail elbow more bent through impact?

How do I keep the left wrist maintaining a "strong" position like yours at the top and in transition down?
I tend to "flip" my wrist, thus losing power.
Thanks

Great drill, thanks Martin. Great use of the Planemate tubing.

Like this a lot. It also appears from the video that at the start of the downswing your hips are clearing early (separation) to create the space for those arms to swing through.

Would this aim stick with the tubing work for short pitch shots as well say 40 to 90 yards?

Martin,

I have a question about the grip of the club. is it better to set up at the ball with the hands forward or how would you grip the club at address?
