This technique was taught to me (and many others?) for a pitch shot and a chip shot when closer to the green was more precise like a putting motion that keeps the lower body quiet.
Excellent tip. I play on rock hard fairways with extremely tight lies. What do you suggest ?
Getting the rotational sequence correct is huge for me. Where left shoulder points down toward ball on takeaway and right shoulder points down through impact produced my best ball striking round yesterday in 2 months. Also easier on knees and body.
